Start with resonance. Then watch capital, community and culture fall into orbit.
☉ Dreams Require Systems
Founders dream of building universes but are instead left with fragments—tech half-built, capital half-won, culture half-formed.
The pieces exist, but they function with friction.
We build a resonant field around your company—so product, story, culture and capital move as one system, not in competing directions.
Chaos becomes order.
Ideas become momentum.
Stories become signals.
What does your universe look and feel like when every fragment is aligned?
☉ The Real Force Multiplier
Inspired by field theory in physics, we treat your company like a system of forces—working from the centre outward so every fragment sits in the right place and responds to the same signal.
We start at the nucleus—what you believe, what you’re building, and who it’s for. Then we design the surrounding field in three layers:
Identity — how your brand looks, sounds and shows up. Positioning, visual identity, tone of voice, and the core copy that carries your story.
System — A clear framework that connects everything — narrative architecture, messaging tuned for investors, customers and team, and creative direction so nothing feels one-off or hard to scale.
Force — Investor narrative, pitch decks, go-to-market and launch planning — crafted so the story lands when the stakes are highest.
The result is resonance — the force that makes identity, strategy, culture and capital move as one system, so every move amplifies the next instead of working against it.

☉ Your System Is Waiting
If you recognise your company in this—growth feels like friction instead of momentum, your team is pulling in different directions, capital conversations are stalling on story, culture feels fragile, marketing isn’t converting—we should talk.
Field Theory works with founders who are building something that matters and who treat resonance as infrastructure: identity, strategy, culture, marketing and capital are not separate problems, but expressions of the same field.
